Land Book Extract for information
The extract of the Land Book for information is a public, official document, in which are recorded details about the records registered in the Land Book of the building. It includes technical information: real estate address, urban / extra-urban regime, category of use, area, cadastral number and technical description; legal information: the names of the owners and the documents based on which they own the property; information about the tasks imposed: mortgages, bans, litigation, easements, etc.

*For a building whose Land Book is converted into an electronic system, in general the term for obtaining the land book extract for information is 30 minutes.
** The land book extract for authentication can be obtained only by a notary office, once an authentication extract is issued, the Land Book is blocked for a certain time or until a real estate transaction is performed. This process guarantees the transaction and certifies that there is only one buyer.

Extract from the cadastral plan on the orthophotoplan
The cadastral plan extract on the orthophotoplan represents a plan in the area that contains the linear details of the building in question and other neighboring buildings existing in the graphic database of OCPI, it is issued on orthophotoplan support and is delivered in digital format (file. pdf) electronically signed.

Area layout plan
The area layout plan contains the linear details of the building in question and of other neighboring buildings existing in the graphic database of OCPI, it is issued on a topographic map and is delivered in digital format (.pdf file) electronically signed.
For the Bucharest Municipality area, the area layout plan is issued at the 1:500 and 1:2000 scales because the existing topographic map fund is elaborated at these scales.
For the rest of the country, the area layout plan is issued at the scales: 1:5000, 1:10000 or 1:25000 depending on the existing map background.

Land type immobil coordinates
The land type buildings registered in the graphic database of the integrated system of Cadastre and Land Book have the cadastral limit defined by inflection points whose planimetric position is defined by a set of coordinates (X & Y) determined in the official projection system in Romania – ’70s stereo. These coordinates define the shape, surface and location of the building relative to the entire territory of the country.These coordinates are requested in certain situations by certain state institutions.
