Merging is cadastral operation whereby several adjacent cadastral estates are joined. This is useful if:

  • plots are too small, and this obstructs the development of a real estate project
  • land form is unfavourable (too narrow)
  • it is intended a different kind of division of land in terms of surfaces and shapes.
The properties that can be merged are grouped in 3 groups:
  1. Lands with constructions
  2. Lands without constructions
  3. Apartments or commercial spaces
